Sloths make good models
We made another trip to the zoo about a week ago, fortunately before the weather turned really hot. This sloth was the only successful sketch I made.Sketch from August 12.
One Year
I can’t believe I missed the first anniversary of the blog. For some reason I thought I had started it at the end of August, not the beginning. (For the record, it was August 6th.) Thanks for sticking with me. I’ll post a sketch later today.
Dovecote
This sketch is from a farm museum not far from where my in-laws live. It’s a “Taubenhaus” –a dovecote, which stands in the middle of the farm’s courtyard. The farm is restored to the state it was in in 1605, if I remember correctly. Sketch from June 26th.
Return to Regensburg

Rusticana 1
These are some sketches I did when my husband and I went out to dinner for our anniversary this year: All the sketches were done on 5/21/12. The restaurant was the Rusticana steakhouse and rib-joint, in Munich.
A return and reorganization
